Montezuma’s Castle and Well, Sedona Area

Today we visited the Sedona area, focusing our trajectory for the day on the area south of Flagstaff.

The hotel lobby breakfast area was full, so we took our food back to the room to eat. We were on the road by 9am.

We targeted some National Monuments on this day, going first to Montezuma’s Castle, a little drive away to Montezuma’s Well, then finally to Tuzigoot.

The Audrey Headframe drew us into Jerome, we made dinner and ate it there while reading about the mining operations in the area. We took 89A through Oak Creek Canyon on our way back to the hotel in Williams.
